Here we provide you with some suggestions of useful books and websites on mindfulness to deepen your

journey and practice with the help of some of the great masters. This by no way is an exhaustive list of all

resources but only some that we have discovered.

Oxford Mindfulness Centre   

The home of MBCT where continuing efforts are made to develop the underlying science and practice. Also provide free live online meditation sessions every weekday.       

Mindful

An online magazine devoted to practice of mindfulness.

The Mindfulness network

Provide support to the practice of mindfulness by expert teachers and through retreats.

Healing from Within

A documentary by Bill Moyers showing the conduct of MBSR class by Jon Kabat-Zinn at the University of Massachusetts Medical Center and the experience of participants. A must view for anyone suffering from physical pain and suffering.
